Electronic Sensor Concrete Paver & Texturing - Curing Machine

Salient Features

Electronic Over Hydraulic forward and reverse steering and control system for remote grade sensor. Control panel with monitor gauges and Hydraulic elevation Jacks.
Versatile DE 801 SENSOR PAVER & TEXTURING/CURING MACHINE equipped with crawler tracks or foam-filled rubber flotation tires provided increased efficiency on any project where the surface of the concrete requires texturing and application of curing compound.
Finishing/Texturing assembly travels transversely across the width of the concrete slab. Carriage speed is variable up to 192 fpm.
High precision cylinder finisher pavement for concrete slabs such as road & airport project.
Vibrating finishing cylinder bracket for compaction and finishing.
Finishing width from 3.6 Meters to 12.6 Meters.
Machine can finish up to 200 MÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â² / hour. (According to side condition)
Light weight construction for easy erection and transport.
The special undercarriage consists of spreader auger to spread the concrete to level, the vibratic cylinder to compact and finish the concrete to the grade.

AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM
Electronic- Over- Hydraulic forward and reverse steering and control system for remote grade sensor.

FRAME CONSTRUCTION
Frames are made from welded steel panels in standard length of 2 feet,4 feet, 8 feet, these are bolted together according to the size of the slab width.

LENGTH VARIABILITY
Frames are pin bolted with each other for quick connection. The total length according from 3.6 Meters to 12.6 Meters. Greater length can be supplied. Overhead truss assembly is required only when frame length is more thane 18 Meters.

FIX CONSOLE
Single point control from electronic over- hydraulic console controls the forward and reverse movement of the finishing assembly and the traveling unit.

PRIME MOVER
15 HP, 1440 RPM, Electric Motor for fix console.
5 HP/7.5 HP/10 HP Gear Motor for under carriage.

HYDRAULIC OIL CAPACITY
Fix console : 180 liters.

FINISHING ASSEMBLY
Vibrating finishing cylinder bracket
Cylinder: 10 inch diameter, 4 ft long.(1.22 Meters.)
Auger 10 inch diameter (Extra long)

TRACTION SYSTEM
Four wheels hydraulically powered, chain driven, foam filled rubber solid tires. Tires size: 22 in. x 10 in. / two hydraulically powered, gear-driven crawler tracks. Traction speed: variable up to 63 fpm.

HIGH FREQUENCY POCKER VIBRATOR
Electrically high frequency poker vibrator are provided on the mobile assembly to stir the concrete to remove any air bubbles if present in the mix and thus reduce the porosity.

TEXTURING ASSEMBLY
10 ft.(3.05 m) wide with 5 in.(127 mm) long wire tines spaced to meet specification requirements.

CURING ASSEMBLY
810 liters. Reservoir, 6.3 gpm pump with electric motor, pump and controls. includes spray bar, wind-shield and work platform.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
DE 801 SENSOR PAVER machine only, equipped same as standard machine, less texturing/curing system. Other options are available to customize machines to accommodate applications and customer needs.
