Salient Features

- The special undercarriage consists of spreader auger to spread the concrete to level, the vibratic cylinder to compact and finish the concrete to the grade.

- Machine can be use alternatively for bed and slope concrete lining.
- Special arrangement is made for PVC inserter, which can insert PVC longitudinally as well as vertically. Also groove cutter arrangement is made which ever is required.
- 4 nos, manually adjustable heavy duty mechanical jacks are provided for maintaining the machine level.
- Leveling screws (rail) jacks are used to level the rails on which the machine moves to maintain the smoothness of surface & to avoided the irregular paving.

Technical Specifications
FRAME CONSTRUCTION
Frames are made from welded steel panels in standard length of 2 feet, 4 feet, 8 feet, these are bolted together according to the size of the slab width.
LENGTH VARIABILITY
Frames are pin bolted with each other for quick connection. The total length according from 3.6 Meters to 24.4 Meters. Greater length can be supplied. Overhead truss assembly is required only when frame length is more thane 18 Meters.
FIX CONSOLE
Single point control from hydraulic console controls the forward and reverse movement of the finishing assembly and the travel bogie hydraulics motor.
PRIME MOVER
10 HP, 1440 RPM, ELECTRIC MOTOR for fix console. 5 HP GEAR MOTOR for under carriage.
HYDRAULIC OIL CAPACITY
Fix console : 110 liters.
FINISHING ASSEMBLY
Vibrating finishing cylinder bracket Cylinder : 10 inch diameter, 4 ft long.(1.22 Meters.) Auger 10 inch diameter (Extra long)
TRACTION SYSTEM
Traction drive: two hydraulically driven flanged wheel bogie. Traction speed: up to 54 feet / min.
HIGH FREQUENCY POCKER VIBRATOR
Electrically high frequency pocker vibrator are provided on the mobile assembly to stir the concrete to remove any air bubbles if present in the mix and thus reduce the porosity.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
Trimming attachment.PVC strip inserter / groove cutter arrangement & toeing arrangement.
Actual Working
- After pouring the concrete on sub-grade the machine will move in the forward direction and the Undercarriage moves to and fro in a transverse direction.
- The Undercarriage completes one cycle when it travels the entire width of the slab to and fro.
- Hi frequency electric poker vibrators are provided on the mobile assembly to stir the concrete to remove any air bubbles and reduce the porosity. Due to Needle Vibrator may struck side partition you have to do 250mm manually on both sides
- Spreader augers are used to spread the excess material, which comes in the way of finishing drum.
- The first pass of the cycle is the compaction pass while the second pass is called the finishing pass.
- After Undercarriage completes one cycle the machine moves in the forward direction.
